Oops! I absolutely adore MILK THISTLE! It has 80% silymarin, which works wonders. After just one dose, the chest pain in my right side disappeared! Taking it with breakfast seems best as it aids bile production without irritating the gastrointestinal tract. Research supports silymarin's protective effects on liver cells and its ability to reduce liver inflammation. I have fatty hepatosis and decided to help my liver recover.
